BRE stands for Ben's ROM Editor. It is software that enables you to edit ECU ROM files. If you don't know what that means or how you can utilize this program you should go here before continuing.
Right now this editor supports the following ECU's and special rom files: OBD0 PR3, PW0, and Ghettodyne PM6 (with launch control and data logging). My focus is on the OBD0 VTEC ecus but I do, eventually, plan to add some support for the PM6 dual bin turbo roms. But not at this moment.
It is written in unmanaged C++ with a GUI built in Visual C++ .NET and some of the controls built in C#.

Download the latest version of BRE. This file is always 100% the latest version. The only more recent versions are on my hard drive.
